Tülin Kurdoğlu

Attorney Tülin Kurdoğlu graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2006 and, with nearly 20 years of professional experience, provides individual and corporate clients with attorney, legal advisory and mediation services.

After her undergraduate studies she completed a master’s degree (LL.M.) at Yeditepe University Faculty of Law, carrying out academic work in criminal procedure law with a master’s thesis entitled “The Discretionary Power of the Public Prosecutor in Bringing a Public Prosecution.” Her academic work provided important expertise, both theoretical and practical, in criminal procedure law, the process of bringing a public prosecution and the discretionary power of the prosecuting authority.

Over nearly twenty years of professional life she has gained extensive experience, particularly in urban transformation, construction-for-land-share projects, real estate law, employment law, tax law and alternative dispute resolution methods.

As a Mediator, she conducts mediation activities that enable parties to reach swift, effective and lasting solutions in commercial, employment and private-law disputes before resorting to litigation. In her mediation work she is guided by impartiality, effective communication and a solution-focused approach to negotiation.

She provides legal advisory services to companies, investors, contractor firms and landowners operating in the real estate and construction sector; in particular, she offers comprehensive legal support on urban transformation projects, construction-for-land-share agreements, land-share-for-construction projects, real estate development processes and contractor–landowner relations.

She also provides, within the scope of ongoing legal counsel for large-scale residences, communal living areas, site management bodies and corporate companies, services in contract management, litigation and enforcement follow-up, legal risk analysis and corporate advisory. Thanks to her many years of practical experience, she develops preventive and sustainable solutions for the legal needs of corporate structures.

With a good command of English, Attorney Tülin Kurdoğlu is able to communicate effectively in legal advisory processes for foreign individuals and legal entities and contributes to matters of an international nature.
